I’ve been through it all—detox plans, slimming shakes, extreme calorie deficits, and labeling foods as “good” or “bad.” I felt sluggish, avoided carbs, and often beat myself up for enjoying treats, stuck in a cycle of guilt and frustration. None of it worked, and I struggled to make lasting changes. Over time, I discovered the power of balance—fueling my body with the right nutrition, enjoying all foods in moderation (yes, treats included!), focusing on strength, and prioritizing rest. Now, I’ve created a lifestyle I love, and I’m passionate about helping others do the same.
